What is Yext Email?

Yext Email allows you to create, manage, send, and view metrics for bulk marketing emails. Using the visual email editor, you can build polished, branded emails from modular building blocks containing things like images, calls to action, and dynamic content that auto-populates with entity-specific data from the Knowledge Graph. 

Manage your recipients through the Audience tab, where you can organize contacts into lists, upload contacts in bulk via CSV, and track suppressed addresses. You can send one-off emails directly from the Email page, or send a sequence of emails using the Campaigns workflow. Once an email is sent, the Overview tab tells you how it's performing across key metrics like open rate, click-through rate, and deliveries.
