This id is the first number in the url when viewing your dashboard. For example, if your dashboard url looked like this https://www.yext.com/s/123456/entities; your Account ID would be 123456. Your Account ID can also be found in Personal Settings > Account ID. If you can't find your Account ID, please enter "00000".

Yext offers your business a safe guaranteed presence. With our services we have put an internal lock on your business listings and have blocked outside sources from editing their information. Once your subscription is cancelled, this lock is removed and could result in outside information being added to or over-writing your listings. If Yext created the listings for you, our publishers may also remove them entirely.
