Once your page is created and activated, you can start to publish your pages so consumers can discover them online. To create a page, see Create a Page Builder Template.
Note: When you publish a landing page, the URL of the newly published page will automatically populate in the Website field in Yext Content so that the page’s URL will be syndicated to your listings. If you would like to turn this off, from within the Page Builder template click Settings in the sidebar, click on the Auto Populate Website URL, toggle that off, and click Save.
To publish a page:
- Activate your Template.
- Click Pages in the navigation bar and click All Sites.
- Click Edit next to the Site the desired Template is under.
- Review the Status of the Template. If it is Active proceed to the next step. Otherwise, click Edit next to the template and click Activate in the top right corner.
- Click Content in the navigation bar and click Entities.
- Select the checkbox next to the entities you would like to publish pages for.
- Click on the More Actions button and select Add Services.
- Click Feature Packs and click Continue.
- Select Add Feature Packs and click Continue.
- Select the checkbox next to Pages and click Continue.
- Choose the desired template and click Continue.
- Click Process Changes to confirm.
- A page will be published for each of the entities you selected.
- If you turned off the setting to automatically populate the new page URL to the Website field in Yext Content, add your new URL manually by following the steps below. Otherwise, this will happen automatically.
