Q&A labels are used to help categorize questions with similar characteristics within your account. Note, more than one label can be applied to a question. This article walks you through the steps to create, rename, delete, or apply Q&A labels.
To manage Q&A labels:
- Click Reviews in the navigation bar and click Q&A.
- Apply a Q&A label to a question.
- To add a label to a single question:
- Click on the Details or Answers button next to the desired question. A dialog box appears.
- Click on the + Add Label link.
- Click Click to add and select from the list that appears. You can also create a new label here and add it to the question by entering a name for it followed by a comma.
- Click Save.
- To add a label to multiple questions at once:
- Select the checkboxes next to the desired questions.
- Click on the More Actions button, and select Apply Labels to Q&A. A dialog box appears.
- Select the label you would like to apply to the question from the list that appears. You can also create a new label here and add it to the questions by entering a name for it followed by a comma.
- To add additional labels, click on the text box and select the desired label.
- Click Submit. If you are adjusting the current labels applied to a question, a second dialog box appears.
Note: These new labels will replace any labels that were previously applied to the selected questions.
- Click Overwrite to confirm that you want to adjust the existing labels.
- To add a label to a single question:
To rename or delete a label:
- Click on the More Actions button, and select Manage Labels. A dialog box appears.
- Click on the three dots to the right of the label and select Rename or Delete accordingly.
