The simplest way to edit a single entity is via entity edit in the Knowledge Graph. You can also edit entities in bulk via entity edit, or you can edit entity data in bulk using a spreadsheet.
To edit an entity:
- Navigate to Knowledge Graph > Entities.
- Click on the entity you want to edit from the table.
- Select a field you want to edit. The field will be in edit mode.
- Make your updates.
- If a field has a Validate for Publisher Listings button, first click it to verify that any entity updates meet specific publisher requirements before they are sent.
- If you click this button and there is an error, you will receive a warning message with instructions on how to fix the issue. Once there are no issues, you will receive a message that the validation passed.
- This is available for Google and Facebook.
- (Optional) Make a suggestion. If you don't want your updates to automatically be displayed or if they require review, you can click the Create Employee Suggestion button.
- Once your updates are complete, you must click Save.
