This doc covers each screen in the Listings product and what you can do from each one. Navigate to Listings in the left navigation bar to access these screens.
Publishers
Navigate to Listings > Publishers to see all publishers on the Yext Publisher Network that your listings are opted into.
From this screen, you'll see an overview of key metrics: total number of opted-in publishers, total listings, and listing counts by status (Synced, Processing, Not Synced, Opted Out). You will also see if publishers have ongoing disruptions.
Publishers Table
The table shows each publisher with listing counts by status. Use the filter at the top to find specific publishers.

Publisher Details
Click any publisher to open its detail page, which has three tabs:
Overview. All listings for the publisher with filter options. Click the arrow next to View Details on any listing to force a sync, escalate to Support, or take other publisher-specific actions (for example, on the Google page you can manage Google Business Profile admins).

Matches. All listings the automatcher has matched for your entities on this publisher. Click View Match to see the live listing on the publisher site.

Configuration. For publishers like Google, Facebook, and Yelp, you can control which fields sync to the publisher. See the Manage Publisher Configurations help article for details.

Disruptions. You can review current and historical disruptions for a publisher. See Monitor Publisher Statuses.
All Listings
Navigate to Listings > All Listings to see a breakdown of all your listings across all publishers. Like the Publishers screen, hero metrics are displayed at the top.

Use the dropdown menus to filter by entity, publisher, listing status, issue type, or advanced entity criteria.
Listing Details
Click the publisher icon next to a listing to open its detail view:
-
Status tab. You’ll see information about your listing, including the sync status of the listing, if there are any issues with your listing, and suggested steps to resolve them.

-
Field Accuracy tab. You’ll see information about individual fields on your listing and whether or not they are syncing correctly with the publisher.

More Actions
Click the three dots on a listing or in the upper right of the Listing Details to access:
- View Listing: open the listing on the publisher site
- Force Sync: resend data from Yext to the publisher
- Escalate Listing: escalate to Yext Support
- Match Listing: fetch publisher data and re-verify the listing
- Opt In / Opt Out: opt this listing in or out for the publisher

Recommendations
If Yext has suggested data updates to optimize your listings, a banner will appear at the top of the All Listings page. Click View to review recommendations.

From the Recommendations screen, you can take action on individual recommendations and make suggested changes to your entities. You can also click to Dismiss any recommendations that you don’t want to implement.

Duplicate Suppression
Navigate to Listings > Duplicate Suppression to manage duplicate listings. Duplicates can appear due to user error, conflicting data sources, mergers, or rebrands.

Like the Publishers and All Listings screens, you’ll see hero metrics at the top of the page for an overview of the duplicate listings Yext has detected. These are broken out by status.
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Possible Duplicates | Total number of detected possible duplicates |
| Processing Suppression | Duplicates currently being suppressed |
| Unable to Suppress | Duplicates Yext was unable to suppress |
| Suppressed | Total duplicates successfully suppressed |
Above the table you can filter by status, entity, publisher, and advanced criteria. Additional options include:
- Submit a Duplicate: manually submit a duplicate listing not already detected by Yext
- More Actions: export duplicates, manually suppress or un-suppress, mark as not a duplicate, cancel a suppression, or disable suppression
In the duplicates table, click Suppress or Not a Duplicate on individual listings.

Configuration
Navigate to Listings > Configuration to manage account-level settings that apply to all of your listings.

Settings include:
- Alternate Brand Names: specify any alternate names your business goes by, if you use them
- Automatically Opt-In: choose whether any new listings should go live on a certain publisher
- Update Listings: choose whether each publisher should automatically update your listings
- Create Listings: choose whether each publisher should automatically create new listings for you
These settings can be configured for Google, Facebook, Apple, Bing, Yelp, Generative AI publishers, and the extended publisher network.
For full details, see the Listings Configuration reference.
Events
If your account uses event entity listings, a separate Events screen is visible under Listings in the navigation.
Event listings are temporary. Unlike standard location listings, they do not need to be maintained or synced after the event has taken place.

The Events screen works the same as the Publishers and All Listings screens: all event listings are shown in a table, filterable by publisher, status, issues, and entity criteria. Click individual events to see details or resolve issues.
For more on creating event listings, see Event Listings.
