After completing the Launch Listings flow for the first time, you can continue adding new listings to Yext. The steps differ depending on whether you want to add locations to a group you have already launched, or launch listings for an entirely new group.

Launch Additional Listings in the Same Group

Use this approach if you want to add more locations to a brand, region, or country that you have already launched. You do not need to go through the Launch Listings flow again. You only need to take two steps for new locations to automatically go live on Listings.

1. Configure new locations to match your saved filter

Make sure your new location entities are configured in the Knowledge Graph so that they match the criteria of the saved filter associated with your Listings licenses during the original launch flow.

To help standardize new locations, create entity templates. Entity templates are applied to new entities as they are added to the Knowledge Graph, so they are automatically created with their data already structured correctly. The easiest way to do this is to create a template from an existing entity that is already properly configured.

2. Check your Listings Configuration settings (optional)

Make sure the Listings Configuration settings are toggled on for any publishers you want new locations to go live on. Navigate to Listings > Configuration to review your settings.

Launch a New Group of Listings

Use this approach if you want to launch Listings for a different brand, region, or country than you have already launched — for example, if new listings fall under a different Google Account ID or Facebook Brand Page.

1. Create a new saved filter

Create a saved filter for the new group of entities you want to launch. See Create a Saved Filter for steps.

2. Run the Launch Listings flow again

1. Navigate to Listings > Publishers.
2. Click Set Up Listings in the top right corner.

Follow the same steps as your initial launch.
