The Review Response Approvals feature allows you to approve or reject review responses created by users with the Customer Care Requester or Content Requester access permission. The suggested review responses are fed into the Tasks Inbox of users who have permission to post and approve review responses.
To approve or reject review responses:
- Click Inbox in the navigation bar and click My Tasks.
- Click on the review response and take one of the following actions:
- Approve
- Click Approve to publish the response on the publisher site.
- Reject
- Click Reject to prevent the response from being published on the publisher site.
- Comment
- Click on the Conversations tab and add a comment for the author. Then click Send.
- Approve
To view the approval history, click on the Activity Log tab in the top right corner of the page.
