Yext will automatically scan supported publisher sites once a month to identify potential duplicates, which you can take action on at any time. Note that if you are an Enterprise client and have the Managed Suppression service, your Yext Professional Services team will suppress duplicates for you in bulk, once a quarter. This article will cover how to suppress duplicate listings found by Yext. To learn how to manually submit a URL for suppression, see Submit a Duplicate Listing.
Note: Duplicate Suppression is only available for Location Listings, and is not currently supported for all publishers.
To suppress duplicate listings:
- Click Listings in the navigation bar and click Duplicate Suppression.
- Click Suppress to flag the listing as a duplicate, or click Not a Duplicate to remove it from your queue. If it’s your first time on this page, click the link in the center of the screen to start scanning for duplicate listings.
- To take action on listings in bulk: Select the checkboxes next to the relevant rows, click More Actions, and select the desired action.
