Scout is a tool that allows you to analyze your brand’s performance and discoverability. With Scout, you can see how your brand ranks against local competitors in Google and AI search results, quickly gather insight into your brand sentiment, and get helpful recommendations for improving your brand visibility.
The Scout tab will only be available for those who have access to Scout or the Scout beta.
Location Filters
You can see performance metrics and insights based on location. Click the tile at the top of the tab to filter down results for specific locations/entities.
Performance Scores
Review how your business is performing with data such as:
- Google Search Performance: The average position of the selected locations in Google’s Search Engine Results Pages. A lower score means you’re ranked higher in search results.
- AI Rank: The average position of your locations in AI answers to unbranded queries. A lower rank means you’re ranking higher in results.
- AI Visibility Score: How frequently AI models mention your brand in answers to unbranded queries that are relevant to your business.
- AI Brand Sentiment: The positive, negative, or neutral sentiment in which AI refers to your brand when answering queries.
Insights
Review insights based on your business performance and digital presence. These provide tips on how you can improve your brand reputation, build trust with your customers, and stay ahead of your competition.
