There are permissions required to view and manage screens within the inbox. When you update or create a role from the Account Settings > Roles screen, the Platform tab has a section for Inbox permissions.
Tasks Permissions
One of the following permissions for Platform > Inbox > Tasks is required for any user who needs to be able to view the Task inbox (submitters and approvers):
- Manage: Gives the user access to update all tasks that are associated with entities scoped to them
- View: Gives the user access to only view tasks
Workflow Rules (Workflow Management) Permissions
One of the following rules for Platform > Inbox > Tasks is required for any user who needs to be able to view the Workflow Management screen:
- Manage: Gives the user access to create and update workflow rules within Workflow Management.
- View: Gives the user access to view the Workflow Management screen.
