Request a Maps API Key for Pages

This article explains how to obtain and update a Maps API key for your Pages project.

Note: You must be signed into the Help Center before submitting a Support Request.

To request a maps API key:

  1. Click on the Submit a request form.
  2. Select Support Request in the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the relevant information into the following fields:
    • Business ID
      1. Enter your Yext Account ID. If you don't know your Account ID, see Locate Your Account ID and Account Type.
    • What area of the platform do you need help with?
      1. Select Pages in the drop-down menu.
    • I have a question about:
      1. Select Map API Keys and specify if this is a request for a new key or an update to an existing key.
    • Your Message
      1. Specify if you would like the API key for Google, Mapbox, or both.
      2. Specify the production URL that you need the API key enabled for. The production URL is the user-facing URL where a customer would go to access the website. If you do not know, please wait until you have the production URL before submitting the API key request, or put "TBD".
  4. Fill out any additional information.
  5. Click SUBMIT.

After submitting your request, a member of Developer Support will respond when your key is available.
