This article covers how to manage and apply your entity labels. Entity labels are used to help categorize entities with similar characteristics within the platform. Note, more than one label can be applied to an entity accordingly. To organize entities using folders, see Create a Folder.
- Click Content in the navigation bar and click Configuration.
- Click Labels.
- Note: This page also allows you to view the lD of the label, and how many entities are using a given label.
- Follow the steps below depending on the action you want to take:
- To add a label, click on the + Add Label button.
- To edit a label, click on the Edit button next to the relevant label.
- To delete a label, select the checkbox next to the relevant label or labels and click Delete.
- To add the label to an entity:
- Click on the desired entity.
- To apply labels to multiple entities at once, visit the Edit Entities in Bulk article.
- Click on the Labels field.
- Enter the first few letters of the label name and select from the list of labels that appears.
- Click Save.
- Click on the desired entity.
