This article covers how to customize your account with your logo, color scheme, brand name, and terms of use. Note, this white-labeling feature does not apply to all Partner accounts. To white-label Knowledge Assistant, see White-label Knowledge Assistant.
Partner Portal
Navigate to the Branding tab in your portal and skip to step 3.- Click on the Account Details icon in the navigation bar and click Account Settings.
- Click Branding in the Partner Settings section.
- Click General.
- Add your logo.
- This will replace the Yext logo in your account wherever it appears (e.g., your Listings Scan, emails, etc.).
- The logo size must be 136 x 52, under 5 MB, and a PNG file.
- Customize the colors.
- This will update the color scheme of your login page.
- This will also update your scan, emails, and Content Capture pages.
- Add your logo.
- Click Onboarding Pages Only.
- Select Use optimizelocation.com domain.
- This will white-label URLs related to your account (e.g., login page, Content Capture pages, and dashboard PDF links).
- Your white-labeled login URL will be in the following format: [Partner Business Name].optimizelocation.com/users/login.
- Select Use optimizelocation.com domain.
- Click Brand Language.
- Enter your business name under Brand Name.
- This will replace Yext with your business name wherever it's mentioned within your emails and your account with the exception of tasks that require linking accounts with Yext.
- Enter your brand details under Brand Details (e.g. Address, Phone, etc.).
- This allows you to add additional details to the footer of your white-labeled emails, alongside your Brand Name.
- Enter your Product Name under Listings Product Name and Listings Product Name, Plural Form.
- This will replace the Listings product name within your account and emails.
- Enter your Product Name under Reviews Product Name.
- This will replace the Reviews product name within your account and emails.
- Enter your business name under Brand Name.
- Click Terms of Use.
- Enter the URL for your Terms of Use page under External Terms of Use URL.
- This will replace Yext’s Terms of Use within your account.
- This will also replace your Privacy Policy link at the bottom of your Listings Scan result page.
- Enter the URL for your Terms of Use page under External Terms of Use URL.
