This article explains how to share dashboards with partner sub-accounts. In order to share dashboards with sub-accounts, you must have access to the Admin Console and must be logged into the main account. Dashboard sharing is controlled entirely by the main account.
Note: Only Account Dashboards can be shared with sub-accounts. For more information, see Configure Dashboard Share Settings.

.- Before you apply any resources, we recommend that you delete any resources that aren’t being applied from your local session. This action does not delete resources from the account. It removes them from your local session so that the Admin Console does not need to check every single resource for differences or apply every single resource when you click apply.
- Check the box next to each resource that isn’t being applied and click the trashcan icon () at the top.

Additional Notes:
- In order for a dashboard to be shared with sub-accounts, the insights on that dashboard must have either no filters or generic filters that do not refer to resources that are unique to an account.
- Generic filters are filter values that are not unique to the account, such as “Time” filters (e.g., Days, Months, Weeks, etc.), and “Location Listings” filters, such as “Action” (e.g., Book Appointment, Driving Directions, Tap to Call, etc.) and “App” filters (e.g., Search or Maps).
- If the dashboard contains insights that use filters that are not generic and whose values are unique to the resources of the account it is defined in, the dashboard can not be shared with sub-accounts.
- Filters that are not generic are unique to an account, such as “Entities” filters (e.g., Entity, Folders, etc.), and “Search” filters (e.g., Search Experience, etc.). These are filters that are unique to an account because the Entity IDs, Folder IDs, and Search Experiences that can be selected in the filter are going to be different from account to account.
- If the dashboard contains a metric that a sub-account does not have the required subscriptions for, the individual insight will be empty on the dashboard, but the rest of the dashboard will be applied.
- Since these are custom dashboards, international customers should keep in mind that this tool does not automatically handle translations. You will need to apply the translations to the insights yourself.
