You have the ability to add Yext services to entities directly in the platform. This functionality will allow you to quickly initiate the launch of new entities on all Yext products included in your subscription. This article explains how to manually assign licenses and Feature Packs for entities within the Yext platform, either individually or in bulk. To assign licenses automatically based on preset criteria, see Automatically Assign Licenses to Entities with a Saved Filter. For more information on how to remove services, see Remove Services from Entities. 

To check if you currently have a license assigned to an entity, check the "Subscriptions" column to see if it is populated or not. Entities with an active license pack will display the license name in the “Subscriptions” column. Entities that are not subscribed will leave the “Subscriptions” column unpopulated. In the example below, the Wacker Drive location of Chicago Fine Dining is assigned to the “Demo Account” license pack, while the Addison Street location does not have a license.

 To manually assign licenses to entities:

1. Click Content in the navigation bar and click Entities.
2. Select the checkboxes next to all of the entities you want to add services to.
   
   • If the entities are not easy to find or there are a lot of entities, consider using a label. You can add a label to an entity, see Manage and Apply Entity Labels for detailed instructions. You can also upload a label using the Entity Upload tool, see Add and Edit Entities Through Spreadsheet Upload for instructions.
3. Click on the More Actions button and select Add Services.
4. This process differs depending on the type of services you are adding. Follow the steps below accordingly:
   • Licenses
     1. Select Subscriptions and click Continue.
     2. Select the checkbox next to the desired licenses and click Continue.
     3. Review the request and if applicable, enter any additional comments into the text box.
     4. Click Submit to submit your request. This brings you to a confirmation screen.
   • Feature Packs
     1. Select Feature Packs and click Continue.
     2. Select Add Feature Packs and click Continue.
     3. Select the checkbox next to the desired Feature Packs and click Continue.
     4. Make sure all features you wish to add are selected and click Continue.
     5. Review the additions and click Process Changes. This brings you to a confirmation screen.
5. Click Return to Content.
