Request Bulk Verification for Google Business Profile Listings – Yext Help

If your business has more than 10 locations, Yext can help set up your account for bulk verification. With bulk verification, all of your listings will be published and verified as soon as you update or add them through Yext.

To submit a request for bulk verification:

Confirm with your Yext Contact that your business is eligible. The eligibility rules can be found below.
Download the verification checklist that is attached at the bottom of this page.
Send the completed checklist to your Implementation Manager or Yext Support.
- If you are currently in the Implementation process, send this to your Implementation Manager. If you have already completed Implementation, send this form to Yext support.
Depending on the results of the form, your Implementation Manager, or Yext Support will provide suggestions to help increase the chances of your request getting approved by Google.

Once complete, your Implementation Manager or Yext Support will submit an official request to Google on your behalf. Google will then make a final call on eligibility for bulk verification.

Eligibility rules:

Not all businesses are eligible for bulk verification. The following businesses are ineligible for bulk verification:

Businesses with fewer than 10 locations
- Listings that are marked as closed, duplicates, suspended, or disabled do not count towards this 10 location minimum.
Agencies managing listings on behalf of a different brand or for multiple businesses
Businesses in certain restricted verticals such as plumbers, car services, loan providers, and adult businesses

Required content for submitting bulk verification:

Every location associated with the business should be uploaded to the GBP account.
- The total count of a businesses' locations needs to be at least 10.
  - Listings that are marked as closed, duplicates, suspended, or disabled do not count towards this 10 location minimum.
Company Contact Name: The first and last name of the individual who can authorize Yext to process the bulk verification on behalf of the business
Company Contact Email: This email needs to be branded with the company name. GBP uses this to verify that the contact is actually authorized to grant Yext access.
GBP Account Email: The email used to log in to GBP and access the locations
Store Locator: A public-facing site that lists a brand's full list of locations. GBP uses this as a source of truth for business data and other verification
Finally, please ensure that every location associated with the business is uploaded to the GBP account.
