In order to start the launch process for your Google Business Profile listings, you will need to provide Yext with access to manage your Google Business Profile Location Groups. This article will walk you through the steps to complete this process.
- Log into your Google Business Profile account.

Navigate to the Location Group containing the locations you’d like to manage via Yext.
- Ideally, the Location Group Name will contain your business name.
- For instructions on setting up a location group, see Google’s Make a business group article.
- Click Group settings to access the Location Group settings.
- Click Manage users in the Managers section. A dialog box appears.
- Click on the Add users button in the top right corner of the dialog box. Another dialog box appears.
- Enter the Yext Organization ID (5840466965 for US-hosted accounts or 5378718116 for EU-hosted accounts) into the text box, instead of a name or email address.
- Once you enter the full number click Yext in the drop-down to confirm.
- Click Choose a role and select Owner.
- Click Invite.
- Click Done.
