In order to start the launch process for your Google Business Profile listings, you will need to provide Yext with access to manage your Google Business Profile Location Groups. This article will walk you through the steps to complete this process.
Note: You will need a Google Business Profile account in order to grant access. If you don't have one, see Sign up for Business Profile on the Google Business Profile Help Center.
- Log into your Google Business Profile account.

Navigate to the Location Group containing the locations you’d like to manage via Yext.
- Ideally, the Location Group Name will contain your business name.
- For instructions on setting up a location group, see Manage agency business groups in the Google Business Profile Help Center.
- Click Group settings to access the Location Group settings.
- Click Manage users in the Managers section. A dialog box appears.
- Click on the Add users button in the top right corner of the dialog box. Another dialog box appears.

Enter one of the Yext Organization IDs listed below, instead of using a name or email address. Please reach out to your account team if you are unsure which server your account is hosted on.
- Yext EU Organization ID (5378718116) - if your Yext account is hosted on the Yext EU Server
- Yext Global Organization ID (5840466965) - for all other cases
- Once you enter the full number click Yext in the drop-down to confirm.
- Click Choose a role and select Owner.
- Click Invite.
- Click Done.
