Saved Filters allow you to quickly and easily filter entities in Yext Content by certain criteria. This article will explain how to rename, delete, and update Saved Filters. To learn more about applying and saving filters, see Create a Saved Filter.
Access your saved filters
- Click Content in the navigation bar and click Entities.
- Click on the funnel icon in the top right corner.
- Click Manage Filters in the drop-down menu.
Update criteria on a saved filter
- Click on the name of the desired filter to apply that filter in Yext Content.
- Click Add Filter in the top filter bar and make your desired changes to the criteria.
- Click Apply Filter.
- Click on the Save icon and click Update Saved Filter in the drop-down menu.
Rename a saved filter
- Click the Rename button next to the filter you would like to rename. A dialog box appears.

Edit the name of the saved filter in the text box and click Rename Saved Filter.
Delete a saved filter
- Click on the drop-down button next to the filter you would like to remove and select Delete from the drop-down menu. A dialog box appears.
- If applicable, enter the name of the filter.
- Click Delete Saved Filter to remove the saved filter.
