Action Center is where you can act on recommendations for your brand at the push of a button. Instead of manually finding and fixing issues across Listings, Reviews, Social, and the Knowledge Graph, Yext identifies gaps and opportunities and surfaces them as actions in the Action Center.

Some actions involve adding missing information for your entities, such as addresses or social media handles. Others automatically generate content for you, such as publishing review responses or creating social media posts. When you approve an action, Action Center fills in the gaps using information from various web and Yext sources, or prompts you for the exact information needed. Then, the system deploys the fix across multiple entities.
