The Quarantine feature prevents first party reviews from being published on your website for up to seven days after the consumer submits the review. To publish reviews before the end of the quarantine, see Approve Quarantined First Party Reviews.
To change the quarantine period:
- Hover over your name in the top navigation bar and click Account Settings.
- Click Review Generation in the sidebar.
- Click on the Quarantine New 1st Party Reviews field.
- Enter the desired number of days (maximum 7), or deselect the checkbox to turn off the quarantine period.
- Click Save.
