The Quarantine feature prevents first party reviews from being published on your website for up to 120 days after the consumer submits the review. This article covers how to publish reviews before the end of the quarantine. To change the quarantine period for all first party reviews, see Change the Quarantine Period for Reviews.
Note: This does not apply to Healthcare customers. Reviews that contain PHI will remain in quarantine while they are de-identified, and cannot be approved manually before that process is complete.
To approve quarantined first party reviews:
- Click Reviews in the navigation bar and click Monitoring.
- Locate the quarantined review you want to approve.
- Click on the drop-down button next to Respond, and select Change Status to Live to publish the review to the website.
