The Quarantine feature prevents first party reviews from being published on your website for up to 120 days after the consumer submits the review. To publish reviews before the end of the quarantine, see Approve Quarantined First Party Reviews.
Note: The Quarantine period for First-Party and External First-Party reviews on Healthcare entity types will begin after the review has been de-identified.
To change the quarantine period:
- Click Reviews in the navigation bar and click Generation.
- Click Settings.
- Click on the Quarantine New First Party Reviews field.
- Enter the desired number of days (maximum 120), or select Disabled to turn off the quarantine period.
- Click Save.
