The Assets feature allows you to create a library of text, photo, and video content that can be applied to fields in Knowledge Manager. This article covers how to edit an existing asset. To delete an asset, see Delete Assets.
1. Click Knowledge Manager in the top navigation bar.
2. Click on the Assets sub-tab.
3. Click on the Edit button for the desired asset.
4. Click on the field you would like to edit and make your desired change.
5. Click Save.
To find Assets using an Advanced Filter, click on the Advanced Filter button in the top right corner of the Assets page. You can also change the display of this page by clicking on the Columns button.
