Assets enable you to create a library of text, photo, and video content that can be applied to fields on entities in the Knowledge Graph. Deleting an asset will make the asset unavailable to users moving forward; however, it will not retroactively remove the asset from any entity that is currently using it.
To edit an existing asset, see Edit an Asset.
Note: You must first remove the asset from all entities before deleting it.
- Click Knowledge Graph in the navigation bar and click Assets.
- Click on the Edit button for the desired asset.
- To delete assets in bulk: Select the checkboxes next to the relevant rows, click on the More Actions button, and select Delete.
- Click on the Delete Asset link at the bottom of the page. A dialog box appears.
- Click Delete.
To find Assets using an Advanced Filter, click on the Advanced Filter button in the upper-right corner of the Assets page. You can also change the display of this page by clicking on the Columns button.
