This article provides an overview of the analytics that are available on the Pages Overview Screen and additional details on each insight.
To access your Pages Overview Screen, click Pages in the navigation bar and click Overview.
Top Filter Bar
The filter bar across the top of the page will filter both the graphs and the tables by any of the following criteria:
- All Entities: View data associated with a specific entity or set of entities.
- Date Range: View data in a specific date range.
- All Sites: View data for a specific Page Builder Template.
Hero Numbers
The large number at the top of the page gives a high-level overview of your Pages activity. Clicking on a Hero Number will bring you to the Analytics tab and create a Custom Analytics report with that insight.

Unique Pages |
The number of different pages as measured by the automatically generated sitemap.xml file. This includes local, directory, locator, and language pages. |
Customer Actions |
The total number of customer actions on your pages during the selected time period. The actions include clicking the Call, Directions, Call to Action, or Website links. |
Page Views |
The total number of page views during the selected time period. |
Search Impressions |
The total number of Google search impressions during the selected time period. |
Summary
This view provides a daily summary of your pages, which includes Impressions, Page Views, and Customer Actions.
Clicking on a metric label allows you to select or deselect the metric, in turn adding or removing it from the chart. The date range of the chart is based on the filter in the top bar. However, you can drag, extend, or shorten the slider at the bottom of the chart to change the date range of this graph.
Metric | Description |
Search Impressions | The number of times your Page was displayed on Google Search, regardless of whether it was clicked or not. |
Directory Page Views | The number of times consumers viewed your Directory Page. |
Finder Page Views | The number of times consumers viewed your Finder Page. |
Entity Page Views | The number of times consumers viewed your Pages. |
Customer Actions | The number of times consumers took action from your Pages. The actions include clicking the Call, Directions, Call to Action, or Website links. |
Customer Actions
These actions are those that customers completed on your pages, on desktop and mobile devices. Clicking on a Hero Number will bring you to the Analytics tab and create a Custom Analytics report with that insight.

Driving Directions | The number of times consumers clicked on the Driving Directions link on your Page. |
Taps to Call | The number of times consumers clicked on the Call link on your Page from a mobile device. |
Call to Action Clicks | The number of times consumers clicked on the Call to Action button on your Page. |
Clicks to Website | The number of times consumers clicked on the Website link on your Page. |
Page Views
This summary provides the source of your page views and the devices your pages are viewed on. This summary also includes the percentage of traffic that came from these page views, and the percentage change compared to the previous time period.
Page Views By Referrer
Dimension Options | Description |
Emerging | The referrer is a site in the Publisher Network, but it is not one of the sources listed (Google, Facebook, Yelp, or Bing). |
Internal | The referrer URL is from a corporate domain. |
Other | There is a referrer but our system does not recognize it. |
Unknown | There is no referrer. (E.g., direct traffic or an incognito window) |
Bing, Facebook, Google, or Yelp | The referrer source is one of the listed publisher sites. |
Page Views By Platform
Note: Device usage is pulled from a sample of network sites.
Dimension Options | Description |
Desktop | The number of times your listing appeared in search results on a desktop device. |
Mobile | The number of times your listing appeared in search results on a mobile device. |
Tablet | The number of times your listing appeared in search results on a tablet device. |
Bot | A web crawler that systematically browses websites, typically for the purpose of Web indexing. |
Unknown | We are unable to determine the device type. |
Common Search Terms
These Search terms are those that feature your Pages in Google search results. You can click on the table headers to sort Search Terms alphabetically, or sort Impressions, Clicks, Click Through Rate (CTR), or Position in ascending or descending order.
- Branded Terms - Search terms that contain your brand or a brand associated with your entity.

- Unbranded Terms - Search terms that contain a word associated with your brand but does not include your brand.

Metric | Description |
Impressions | The number of times your Page was displayed in search results, regardless of whether it was clicked on or not, based on the search term. |
Clicks | The number of times a user clicked on your Page from a search result, based on the search term. |
CTR (Click-Through Rate) | The percentage of time users clicked on links to your Page when they appeared in search results, based on the search term. |
Position | The position your Page was displayed in search results, based on the search term. |
