Monitoring Booking.com reviews allows hotels to understand how guests perceive their services, facilities, and amenities. By paying attention to reviews, hotels can identify areas for improvement and make changes to enhance the guest experience. This article explains how to link your Booking.com account with Yext and how to manage your Booking.com reviews. In order to manage Booking.com reviews, you must have the following:
- A Booking.com Extranet Account
- Active listings on Booking.com
- For Review Monitoring: Hotel Entities with an active Review Monitoring subscription
- For Review Response: Hotel Entities with an active Review Response subscription
Step 1: Grant Yext Access to Your Booking.com Properties
- Click this link and log in to your Booking.com Extranet account:

- Once you are signed in, confirm Yext as the provider.
- Select all of the properties you would like to manage reviews through Yext with.
- Click Apply change.
- Once complete, Yext will have sufficient access to manage reviews for the properties you selected.
Step 2: Retrieve Property IDs from Booking.com
- Navigate to your Extranet homepage.
- Next to your list of properties, select Download.
- Copy the list of IDs in Column A from the downloaded file. These are known as your Booking.com Property IDs.
Step 3: Add Property IDs to Yext Content
- Click Content in the navigation bar and click on Entities.

Click on the hotel entity you would like to edit.
- To add your Booking.com Property IDs in bulk, you can use the attached template below. For more information on uploading files to Yext Content, see Add and Edit Entities Through Spreadsheet Upload or the How to Upload a File training unit.

Click on the Booking Property ID field and add your ID to the textbox.
- Note that this field is only available for Hotel Entity Types.

- Click Save.
Step 4: Monitor and Respond to Reviews

Click Reviews in the navigation bar and click Monitoring or Response.
