Review labels are used to help categorize reviews with similar characteristics within your account. Note, more than one label can be applied to a review accordingly.
To create and apply a review label:
- Click Reviews in the navigation bar and click Monitoring or Response.
- Click on the More Actions button and select Manage Review Labels. A dialog box appears.
- Click on the + Add a label link.
- Enter the label name and click Save. Then click Close.
- Apply labels to reviews.
- To add a label to a single review:
- Hover over the Review Labels column next to the desired review and click on the + Add Label link.
- Click on the text box and select from the list that appears. You can also create a new label here and add it to the review by entering a name for the label followed by a comma.
- To add additional labels, click in the text box and select an additional label.
- Click Save.
- To add a label to multiple reviews at once:
- Select the checkboxes next to the desired reviews.
- Click on the More Actions button and select Manage Review Labels for Selection. A dialog box appears.
- Click into the textbox and select from the list of labels that appears.
- To add additional labels, click on the text box and select an additional label from the list that appears. You can also create a new label here and add it to the review by entering a name for it followed by a comma.
- If the selected reviews already have labels, you will have the option to remove existing labels.
- Click Submit. If you are adjusting the current labels applied to a question, a second dialog box appears.
- Note: These labels will replace any labels that were previously applied to the selected reviews.
- Click Overwrite.

To automatically apply labels to reviews based on specific criteria, see Set Up Automatic Review Labeling. You can also assign labels to automatically be applied to first party reviews you generate by including them in your invitations.
