Review labels are used to help categorize reviews with similar characteristics within your account.
This article explains how to automatically apply labels to reviews. To apply labels manually, see Create and Apply Review Labels.
- Click Reviews in the navigation bar and click Configuration.
- Click Review Labeling Rules.
- Note: Automatic review labeling must be turned on in order to add a labeling rule.
- Click on the + Add a labeling rule link.
- Enter a Rule Name.
- Set the criteria for your rule.
- To add additional criteria, click + Add Filter.
- Note: If you apply multiple filters, the review will have to satisfy all filter criteria in order for the label to be applied. For example, if you add a filter for ‘Rating is equal to 5 stars’, and a second filter for ‘Review Content contains “Staff”’, the label you’re creating will only apply to 5 star reviews that contain the word “staff''.
- To add additional criteria, click + Add Filter.
- To apply a label, click Click to add and select from the list that appears. You can also create a new label here and add it to the review by entering a name for it followed by a comma. You can also apply more than one label.
- Click Add Labeling Rule.
