You can generate and download QR code image URLs for review invitation links. QR codes allow users to display review invitation links in stores or on receipts, allowing customers to generate more reviews without a contact list or creating an integration.
QR codes do not regenerate each time you download them. They will always be the same for each entity-publisher combo.
When selecting the publishers you want to create QR codes for, you have the option to select the Review Balancing URL, which routes users to different publishers using the distribution you set of publishers from which you'd like reviews generated. See the steps to edit the distribution in Configure the Review Balancing Algorithm.
QR code downloads are only available to download in the platform and are not accessible via API.
Note: QR codes are only available with the Ultimate package or the Review Generation add-on.
To download QR codes:
- Click Reviews in the navigation bar and click Generation.
- Click Send Invites.
- Click Download QR Codes.
- Select your desired entities, folders, or labels from the drop-down menu.
- Click Apply.
- Select your desired publishers to create QR codes from the drop-down menu.
- Selecting the Review Balancing URL will routes users to different publishers using the Review Balancing Algorithm you set.
- Click Download to export the list of entities and their QR codes as a CSV file.
The CSV file will include columns for Entity ID, Entity Name, Address fields (to help you identify the entity), the QR Code Image URL for each publisher chosen, and the Review Generation URL each QR code image links to.
