White-labeling the Knowledge Assistant allows you to specify the login URL and support email presented to users during Knowledge Assistant interactions. To learn more about the Knowledge Assistant, see Knowledge Assistant Overview.
To white-label the Knowledge Assistant:
- Click on the Account Details icon in the navigation bar and click Account Settings.
- Click Branding.
- To update the contact email:
- Click Email.
- Select Custom, then enter the desired email address in the textbox.
- Partners: Select the checkbox to apply this to all sub-accounts.
- Note: This email address will also be included in the email invitation that gets sent to users prompting them to set up Knowledge Assistant.
- Click Save.
- To update the Login URL:
- Click Login URL.
- Select Custom, then enter the desired login URL in the textbox.
- Partners: Select the checkbox to apply this to all sub-accounts.
- Click Save.
- To update the contact email:
