Locate the Link to Your First Party Review Page

  • Enterprise, Partner, and Small Business accounts.
  • Accounts in all regions.

You can generate first party reviews outside of the Yext platform by directing customers to your First Party Review Page.

To locate the First Party Review Page link:

  1. Click Knowledge Graph in the navigation bar and click Entities.
  2. Click on the desired entity.
    • Note, each entity in your account has its own First Party Review Page.
  3. Click Review Generation in the sidebar.
  4. Locate the URL in the First Party Review Page field.
