The Review Response feature allows you to respond to first party, Facebook, and Google Business Profile reviews. You can edit an existing review response by following the instructions in this article.
- Click Reviews in the navigation bar and click Monitoring.
- Click on the Respond button next to the response you’d like to edit. A dialog box appears.
- Click on the Edit link below the response.
- Enter your response in the text box.
- Click on the Submit Edit or Submit Edit and Notify Customer button.
