In the Reviews tab, you can monitor and respond to your first and third-party reviews.
Monitoring
You will be able to manage all reviews for your business. When managing your reviews, you can search, sort, or filter them to help prioritize what to act on.
Response
You will be able to respond to reviews if you have the proper permissions. There are two options you have when responding to reviews:
- Creating a new response for a review with no response
- Editing an existing response on a review
When responding to reviews or editing responses, you can use the buttons below the text box to utilize the following:
Create a New Response
To respond to a review that doesn't have a response:
- Select a review from the feed.
- Type your response in the textbox below Your Response.

Click Post Response in the top right corner.
Edit a Response
To edit responses on reviews:
- Locate the response you want to edit.
- Click the … icon next to the response.
- Click Edit Response
- Update the response in the textbox below Your Response.
- Click Update Response in the top right corner.
Review Response Approvals Behavior
If you don’t have the proper permissions to publish a review response without approval, the mobile app will honor that. Once a user (without response permissions) submits a response using the Send for Approval button, a Reviews task will be created.
Users with permissions to approve Reviews tasks must use a desktop to review, approve, or reject any Reviews tasks.
