Through the Yext platform, you have the ability to respond to reviews left by your consumers. This feature is currently supported for Facebook, Google My Business, and first party reviews.
Note: Review Response is not available in every subscription. If you do not see this in your account, reach out to your Client Success Manager or contact Yext Support.
To respond to a review:
- Click Reviews in the top navigation bar.
- Click on the Response sub-tab.
- Click on the Respond button next to the desired review. A dialog box appears.
- Enter your response in the text box.
- Click on the Respond button to publish your response on the site where the review was submitted.
To sort reviews using an Advanced Filter, click on the Advanced Filter button on the upper-right corner of the reviews table.
